About Me

Welcome! I’m Nathaniel Quick a dedicated Strength and Conditioning Coach with a passion for helping elite junior tennis athletes unlock their full potential. With over six years of experience and a proven track record working with national top-10 athletes.

My journey into strength and conditioning began with a Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise and Sport Science, which I completed in 2021, and a Bachelor of Business, which I earned in 2010. Before fully immersing myself in the world of athletic performance, I spent five years working in information technology in New York City. That experience instilled in me discipline, attention to detail, and the ability to problem-solve—skills I now bring to every training program I design.

Growing up, I was always drawn to sport and competition. I played A-grade amateur football for Collegians and developed a love for strength and performance training through powerlifting, CrossFit, Tennis, and, more recently, track sprinting. These experiences have shaped my coaching philosophy—one that blends strength, speed, and resilience to help athletes meet the physical and mental demands of elite sport.

What truly sets me apart is my genuine care for my athletes. I believe that every athlete’s journey is unique, and I tailor my programs to fit the individual needs and goals of those I work with.
